Cathy Vue is the manager of the Community Health Evaluation and Research Institute at Asian Services in Action (ASIA) in Cleveland. In her position, she manages ASIA’s public health programs as well as its evaluation and research initiatives to address health disparities and social determinants of health. She also oversees the REACH coalition, RAISE, that is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to facilitate routine access to healthy food options, nutrition education, and joint use agreements promoting physical activity in Asian American/Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities in the Cleveland area.

Ms. Vue oversees ASIA’s statewide AAPI outreach and enrollment efforts regarding the Affordable Care Act. Under her leadership, AAPIs in Ohio have multiple access points to affordable healthcare coverage. She graduated from the Case Western Reserve University and MetroHealth Hospital Community Research Scholar's Initiative Fellowship Program in 2016 by completing a two-year fellowship and research project titled, "A Mixed Methods Study: Characteristics of Enabling Services Users versus Non-Users in Greater Cleveland Federally Qualified Health Centers." She graduated from the University of Toledo in 2012 with an MPH in epidemiology and global health.
